Matt was wonderful. Knowledgeable, friendly, charming. He got the job done, it was reasonably priced. Would use him again, but won’t because he fixed the problem! Definitely recommend!

Great experience. Called early in the morning and the tech showed on time and performed the necessary work. Super nice employee and very thorough. They didn't try to upsell me on any extra packages. Did the work and provided an analysis of what they saw on the camera. I will be calling Guy's Sewer and Drain next time I need some help with my sewer line.

Great friendly service and fair pricing. Brad kept us informed about his arrival and what he would do for our drains. He helpfully answered a question about sounds in our pipes and offered an expert opinion. We also appreciated how respectful he was of our floors in removing his shoes upon entering the house.

They picked up my call right away, gave me a reasonable window of time for service (same day), and arrived within that window. They were up front about pricing (de-clogging kitchen drain). The were friendly, did their job quickly - within their estimated time frame and charged what was originally indicated. I'd definitely use them again!

Great service! Professional and kind. Called and informed me he was running a little behind schedule which was helpful in planning my day. He answered all my questions and left the areas he worked in clean. Bonus: he was great with my kiddos and didn’t mind little eyes watching his every move. I would use again if the need arises in the future.

Guy's Sewer & Drain did a marvelous job at our house today. Matt, our service technician, was on time and personable. He listened carefully to our needs and explained the process. He worked hard to clear two floor drains. The price was extremely reasonable. We've placed the Guy's magnet on our refrigerator and now have a trusted company to work with and the number near at hand.
